When a shipping time is given to you by East Domes LLC, it is merely an estimation based on regular shipping schedules and is not guaranteed. East Domes LLC is not responsible for any damages which occur during the shipping process.Though some or all shipping and freight charges will be included in the sale price of the product, insurance and extra transportation is not. It is at the discretion of the customer to select from the available insurance and pay whatever cost necessary to protect their goods once it leaves the possession of East Domes LLC. Once the order has been handed over to the freight or transportation service all responsibility falls on that company or any insurance purchased by the customer from the shipping company. East Domes LLC is not liable for any delays in shipment whether by human error, acts of God or natural disasters.
While East Domes LLC may recommend preferred freight and logistics services, the customer is responsible for selecting
a freight company and customs broker of their choosing and by their own volition. Should the Customer opt to employ East Domes LLC to manage the logistical process of sending the product from the manufacturer to the location of his/her choosing, East Domes LLC is not responsible for any damage, error, delay or loss of product on part of the selected shipping company.
